Marshmallows
This weekend I made Matthew marshmallows. He was very excited that he was able to lick the batter, a job that is usually for his brothers and not him. It was fun to watch him attack the mixer blade from our kitchenaid.
Matthew is thrilled that he has marshmallows for treats and I am thrilled to be able to make them for him.
I am thrilled we don't have to pay $6 for that tiny bag of marshmallows any more.
